Hi can you confirm what this does please ?  Would it show State of charge for storage please ?

The 'Battery Activator' will show a read out of battery charge in percentage format, but it will not wake a battery that is in deep sleep.
You would have the wake the battery first by connecting it to a charger for a few minutes.
